Kryptview A850

I have the Kryptview A780 and I am having the same issue with lots of channels in the radio section so can't see picture .Ive tried everything mentioned here with no success .Anyone know how this issue can be fixed?

Possibly wont as no support for this old box.

Thanks I am aware that no support as it's a very old box but was wondering if any of the few users have found a way around the issue .

Great box while they lasted, especially when it was all freeee!!!

I did a factory reset and deleted channels, then manual network search followed be channel scan, all channels came back and in order.

Do you get a good line with no freezing, ive never got a good one

And users with these boxes will need to update to a better box.
