Folks new update for the kryptview boxes please update accordlingly

menu >>>>> installation >>>>> 0000 >>>>> software update.

Do a factory default after this and a new scan from scratch.

I've been trying to update mine for over an hour and it's still searching, any help?

I have the same problem, saying 'searching' and not finding anyhting :(

Try to updated it now mate, mines worked straight after the Celtic game

mines is stuck on searching updates too,never had any problems before

problem solved guys,can i recommend that everyone is patient as we are all trying to update at the same time and its probably overloading the system. many thanks to the KV team

Hey, soz for asking what may seem like an obvious question. But, does the KVA780 update automatically over a network or does it need to be updated via a flash drive?

You update over the net using your remote.

Wait for the box to download, unzip and reflash,
it will then reboot on its own.

Rescan channels after update.


Box must have been flashed manually first probably with the april firmware.

Afternoon daz..they are usually to iron out glitches and add new channels and less "scrambled or no video" in the middle of my west ham game..! except sat when i was glad to see "scrambled or no video" shocking..!

it turns out the update is for the 780 and the 750 as the older 750 have updated to the new date👍

did you follow the rules when updated,factory reset/rescan and reboot the box modem and router?

yes done everything from scratch

what your signal and quality like as alot more people said back to near perfect now so recheck all connections,check your router for faults.

checked everything seems ok signal 77 quality 86 still gettin alot of scrambled or no video:(

Was off back on now (Robin Hood)

It's on the same TP as channels

420: Movies 24 +1
724: Disney Channel
725: Disney +1
