Just bought this tablet yesterday, all set up ok, but tried to get on this morning typed my screen password
says incorrect. try again. I know the password I'm typing is correct anyone got any ideas thanks

make sure the numlock is on.my wifes laptop catches me all the time that way as it doesnt automatically come on for some reason.

Thanks for reply, it wasn't caps lock anyway I tried online chat with Microsoft complete waste of time didn't understand it was my screen password which was
not correct, they kept trying to reset my Microsoft login, anyway found on another site someone else had same issue, apparently the dock key board sometimes stick or slight touch it inserts 2 say a letters, I think that is what happened to my password when setting up.
Anyway because it was new decided to factory reset I'd only set up a few apps, programmes etc, running ok now nice bit of kit for money.
