I need to use epg refresh only for for freeview not freesat epgimporter never ever worked for me.

EPG refresh is essentially just a channel zapper. You will need to describe which services you were zapping to if you ever want your issue investigated. Freeview ( aerial) EPG is on every transponder, there are only a few transponders anyway. Quite a few transponders on 28.2. Freesat EPG is not the same as Sky EPG
