They probably don't deal with end users. If you post in the request thread on this forum you may well find a reseller selling the same service.

The original post has been edited to remove reference to the resellers name, he was a reseller here on TK.

The fact the server owner used discord to communicate with resellers doesn't mean the reseller was from social media, not sure why you would assume that tbh as Discord is really just a messaging app like Telegram.
