Need a new cable box

I had a kryptview box now im looking for a new box like this with just cable (no sat dish required) and ethernet cable what are my options? Im in Manchester U.k

Hey everyone, i also have the kryptview 780, its been a great box, and saved me alot of doe, but like most, the glitching and channels going off and on is now driving me nuts!, (im on vm for all my media), and now looking for a similar more stable box without paying extra subs, i like the look of the mutant hd500c hd linux enigma 2 single tuner, can anybody comment on this box please, for someone whos been used to kryptview, is it easy setup? Do u get all channels, is this box more of an android box? Anyways, keenly waiting for your comments, Thanks in advance!

U best stay with the kryptview if u dont want to pay for subs.

Cheers for the advice tornado, i am starting to sway a bit towards paying a small sub if it means a more stable system, but would prefer not to, anyways also looking at the miracle box hybrid cable box aswel, are these a world away from kryptview? Or same as connecting cable and broadband and hey presto open all channels? I pay for my broadband and small tv package, is this enough to run miracle box or are ther separate subs to pay like gifts on sly open boxes? Comments greatly appreciated, sorry if i sound abit uneducated with this, but only just been getting into these type of boxes 6months ago when i just had enough paying 60+ month to the big providers, but still wanted all me channels, (reduced down to 30 a month now) anyways thanks in advance for any comments that can help me!

The only no sub box is the Kryptview, the others are set up the same way (cable and broadband) but you have to pay a sub (around £100 per year, if I recall correctly).

yes it does if you want to watch tv and blade is a closed source box,enigma2 are open sourced

Thanks for ur advice cactikid, i do like the look of the miracle box (cable), has good specs, if these need an extra sub, do you know how much it costs per year? And were to buy th subs?, im basically tired of glitchy kryptview, if i hav to pay a sub, i would like it cheap, wats ur opinion on moving to a miracle box from kryptview? A worthwhile move? Im not interested in recording programs, just viewing. Cheers for listening! And th advice!

yes they would,you can request a price of sub in the link below to see who gives and what prices,choice of nlines my preference or clines.

when you have box setup you will say should have moved sooner from kv to a better modern hd:woohoo::yes!:

No mate,you'd need to get a Cable sub for use with this receiver. Good box tho.
