Cable Need some help

I've got virgin broadband and bought a Zgemma h1 today but I'm getting no sigal it says tune failed yet when I do the scan it finds the channels but nothing is showing I've got my coax cable plugged in to Rf in not sure if that's right

Have you configured tuner B and set your Net id? Have you a line on the box? What image are you using ? Need a little more info to go on .

There is a really good guide to setting up a combo box with vix. You will find it in the cable section. I followed it when I set up my parents h1.

Well I'm going to factory reset first and follow the guide I'm waiting to see if I can get fta channels first before I buy a gift will let you no how I get on

No need to do factory reset. Flashing over the top covers that.

You are connected right Have you got Tuner A to not configured ?

ive followed the guide my virgin uk aera is wirral but only get 41016 liverpool tdn so ive choose that

hi m8, i know this is old, i hope your sorted.
It should be 41048, and in the abm should be manchester 3.
