I am rather dissapointed with my days work. Very fiddly screens.
Screensaver amended.
Plugin screens should be back working on openatv.
hard disk selection screens skinned.
network setup pages skinned
mounts setup...network browser screen skinned.

I definitely cannot skin xmltvimporter. I will look into crossepg tomorrow.

You deserve it mate! I haven't had had chance to test everything yet just re-installed openatv 5.1 from scratch as for some reason everything went stupidly slow :(
 
There is no reason my skin would slow down openatv. It was fast on openatv before i reduced it it size by 75%. You might want to try switching to default skin and seeing if its still slow. I presume you have v1.7 and above

I will have openatv back on Monday. Since i reduced the size of everything its is as fast as its gonna be on vix
 
re-installed openatv 5.1 with your latest version (enigma2-plugin-skins-slyk1hd_172-20151114_all.ipk) mate everything seems ok now all running nice and qwick :willy nilly: strange but all ok at min.

I found one small thing so far when you enable softcam and warning box comes up the warning triangle picture is off abit could not take screen as pops up and off real qwick.

It was autobouquests restart pop up warning not softcam

If you have done Inadyn setup within network, then in that screen pressing Menu or Show Log removes existing screen but displays no screen and there isn't a menu option on the display.

Hope that makes sense :)
 
Up to you kiddac, perhaps a little picky, but any chance the spinner could be a bit smaller?

Nothing else springs to mind the skin is spot on! Top job from what you started with, dismantled and rebuilt into a kick ass real deal

Can I upgrade to 1.72 from 1.70 or is it a remove previous(1.70) and new install.

l just updated to 1.72......................you are the number 1 in the world of Linux box. Am very very very grateful for your job,also you are linux box Guru.hatsoff:lep:

cannot seem to find the option for the record icon now been in all menus to check it?

I think spinner and volume should be abit smaller they seem over sized

To answer a few questions on here.

Timeshift icon. Can't do otherwise I would have done it like that.

Subtitles problem is a strange one. Mine does the same if subtitles are on. Maybe its just a pecking order thing. I will look into that. This also happens on movie select.

Message Box. This is a pain in the butt. Tried different approaches to this but nothing is perfect. I might have fixed this now, but for the life of me I can't now find a messagebox alert that only has one line of text to test(anybody)

Inadyn - and other network plugins not done yet.

Spinner has been made smaller.

EPG randomly shows the wrong background colour - this is a bug in enigma code. I cannot fix this

Quick Launch on openatv - It is clean enough to leave it as it is. Even if I skinned it, it wouldn't look much different. Also this is an openatv screen only.

None of the wizard screens have been done yet. I think these will be a pain in the butt because of the keymapping overlaying the remote control.

OCD 3D setup - this really bugs me. I cannot find the screen name for this page (or if it even has one other than a menu setup). I have tried everything. Movie settings is another one that I cannot find the name for.

Positioner Setup - I might skin this, especially as VIX default version of it is awful. I like openatv version though. Although for best results it better to make the red line disappear by 1 pixel.

Recording settings - Again this only breaks on one field. I cannot move the divider as it either breaks the left column or the right column. The only way to fix this would be to remove the dividing line. Don't think that is necessary for one field.

Volume icon - for consistency I have tried to keep all the icons the exact same height. So unhandled event. Mute. Volume. Channel input etc. One thing that does annoy me with it though is VIX steps through 5 volumes at a time. Where as openatv lets you step in smaller segments when the volume is lower. Hence why the graphic has smaller sections when it is low volume. It looks wrong on VIX so I need to change it so all the bars are 5 segments long. Also these icons are going to look large on larger tvs. They obviously don't look to bad on smaller tvs.

There is a way to change the time. But it would have to be a personal edit of the xml code. For now I presume the majority prefer the standard 24hr time

didn''t even know this little record icon existed. I always had it set to red text. I have now created a new little record icon for this.

ok here was the issue

I seem to have one problem picons on epg top left are not loading just shows same as below for all channels (picon folder with picons inside are on hdd) was working before strange
