no audio on H2 HD and few others knowsley1

I have had a call from someone that had a box from me a while back and they appear to have no audio on H2 HD and a few other HD channels.

I've checked all the channels affected and get audio on all of them.

She has tried her box at a friends house and had the same no audio issue.

ABM is Version 3, updated a couple of days ago. When she presses the audio button there is no audio stream on the affected channels



Can anyone in the netid 40965 Knowsley1 area please check H2 HD to see if you're getting audio.

had this on my vuduo2 last week thought someone had altered an audio setting.
i switched the ac3 downmix to off, don't no what it was previously but was set to on and had no audio on hd

But did you have the language track option? ie MPEG English, she doesn't on the one channel.

sorry yeah i still had the mpeg english and mpeg nar options
