OCTAGON SF8008 crashing

My Octagon Sf8008 keeps crashing from the log the only line thta appeared to have an error was this line

If you are still on openatv 6.4 then the box is hopelessly out of date

Just use plain openatv, you can add any plugins and skins you like, doesn't take much setting up and it'll be a up to date image

I have now installed 7.3 but what I am getting is the screen going black after about 8-10 mins all channels
If I go down to another channel it appears again but does the same about 10 mins later

Is this iptv, satellite or freeview?
Does the audio continue or is everything off?

What channels satellite or iptv the more information given the better.
and just thinking IPTV do you have same subscription on another device running at same time.

So the audio carries on when the picture stops?
Do we have to guess?
Have you spoken to your provider?
Have you tried it on your android phone or on firestick etc?

No don't have it running on a fire stick no audio no picture
Works fine on iPad
What have now is put open pli on and fingers crossed no problems

Regardless of which image you use, openatv, openvix or openpli, if it continues freezing, the first thing you need to do is contact your iptv provider, it's almost certain that the iptv is at fault.
It's never the image.
