Liverpool have reached a deal with Benfica to sign Uruguay striker Darwin Nunez, the Portuguese club have confirmed.

Benfica say a fee of 75m euros (£64m), rising to a potential 100m (£85m) euros with add-ons, has been agreed.
Nunez, 22, scored 34 times in 41 appearances across all competitions for Benfica last season.

8035 days later, Manchester City officially announce the signing of Erling Haaland.

€60m release clause triggered one month ago, contracts completed until June 2027.

Great signing for Liverpool, excellent player, I think he will do well in the premier league
 
Arsenal have completed the signing of 19 year old Brazilian striker Marquinhos from Sao Paulo for a fee in the region of £3 million
 
Tottenham have agreed a fee of around £25m for Brighton midfielder Yves Bissouma. Personal terms have not yet been agreed but he is expected to have a medical on Thursday.

Another good signing for Tottenham, Still think another 1 or 2 defenders in and they will be the main challangers to the big two next season.

The Nike Flight ball for 2022/23 Premier League season has been launched and is inspired by the competition's maiden season 30 years ago.

It comes with the same colours and bold graphic blocking as the first Premier League ball used back in 1992.

The ball has the same tech as those of the past two seasons, with the AerowSculpt technology improving consistency and giving a truer flight.
 
Tottenham have confirmed the signing of midfielder Yves Bissouma from Brighton in a deal worth around £30m
 
Southampton have signed Manchester City goalkeeper Gavin Bazunu for a reported £12m.

The 20-year-old, who has played 10 times for the Republic of Ireland, has signed a five-year deal.

Bazunu was named players' player of the year at Southampton's neighbours Portsmouth in 2021-22 after a successful loan move in League One. He never played for City's first team after joining three years ago from Shamrock Rovers.
