Problem with epg. Epg wll not imported

After i turn off my vu box the epg will not import i have try manual import and i see just 0 event i have do it many times ans wait but always 0 event import.
Can somebody help me please.

have you tried on another device epg may just be down it does happen if iptv

EPG for IPTV or satellite?
What sources are ticked in epgimporter/sources?

I'm using epg importer with iptv.
when I click on manual open source I only get 0 events.
this was never a problem.

You made the same thread a few weeks ago.
Did you follow any of the advice given in that thread?

If you use jedimaker for your iptv, you have to tell it to use your providers epg.

Then in epgimporter, make sure your providers epg is ticked in the sources section.

When i click on import current source.

Yes put a tick in the IPTV box, the one underneath it will also have a tick in it.
Save.
Then import epg

sorry my mistake. okay when i do that i get just. last: today "clock", 0 events

In jedimaker, click on your playlist, click ok.
Is it set to use rytek EPG or your provider epg?
Have you spoken to your provider about the missing EPG?

i was trying this with tivimate and i can't see epg. That was alway epg. i will spoke with the provider and i will come back here with update
