Skybox f3 update

I thought I got the job done but when I Inserted the USB stick onto the Skybox f3 theres no reaction usually it says USB stick is connected. When I inserted on the Computer and Laptop It work dunno whats the problem.

with the stick in can you select upgrade by usb

Nah you cant select upgrade by USB

How many GB do u recommend for me is 4GB enough?

Guys im new to all this, is the channel list posted by the VIP member "bees" correct?? How many channels will there be on the skybox once I updated with this list. Because currently I have the channel list which contains the entire sky tv package and they went downnnnn :( i need a nee list byu this weekend to watch premiership football. Please help.......

i always delete my channels of the box and reboot after then i reload list aj's from USB STICK WHEN IT HAS DONE THAT YOU HAVE TO REBOOT THE BOX FOR THE CHANNELS TO APPEAR IN THE BOX SO SIMPLE
