Skybox f3 worst box ever

What in the blue moon is up with my skybox f3 it keeps freezing and I have to switch of the power and restart the box. Its 8 months old infact I had to pay £15 to get it repaired after it got bricked any help would appriciates.

Have you tried re-flashing it as may be a bad flash?. This had happened previously on my icecrypt.

skybox f5 stuck on load...does this happen to all skybox's? anyone have the same prob out there?

This has got nothing to do with the channels it could be a faulty box that has been sold to me. Not sure how to reflash it what do I require to do?
