can i stream this channels to android box in other room? if i buy viark sat 4k ?

No I don't think so, and to this extent they are very keen on you not sharing from the box. They monitor if you are splitting the hdmi out feed and its been known that they block you.

Anything from a 45cm minidish upwards. It clears on Mars / Forever and e2.
