Softcam Manager

Hi, just having some trouble with setting up an Octagon SF8008. Everything has flashed fine but i cannot access or see softcam manager to activate/enable the line. I have tried to install the softcam feed file from Wilo'sdownload but nothing still shows up and when installing says done-installed upgraded or removed 0 packages.
 
i am facing the same issue tried grogbuild and wooshbuild and there is no softcams or manager or install options in menu's
 
#NOTE#. After installing the softcam feed you must then go into plugins and download and install the softcam you want. Then the softcam will show in the softcam manger menu.
