i got it for a zgemma any idea how to transfer files from old HDD to new SSD

how was old hdd used was it external usb or internal sata and what filesystem if internal you could get usb enclosure for new ssd initialise drive and just copy files on the zgemma to usb ssd then swap them over

it was an old hdd external sata, i just inistialized new ssd external in caddy then copyied the old files from hdd using filezilla all working ok . i think so far
