I already have it installed, and all of my channels are scrambled. is it due to the servers being down? and if yes, if they are back on-line will the starview 6 work normally?

When the server problem is sorted, you should be back up and running.

I don't believe that option is there on the 1.04 firmware as I think this step is done automatically with the 1.04. I am not a starview owner so maybe someone can confirm.
