the file is "starview supporter 1.02" if you click on anto1969 link "here" above it should give you file and follow instructions from there.I would pm you the file but don't know how to import file to send or understand how to do it been trying:willy nilly: you not been here long myself.still learning how to do things?

I think maybe what your seeing here is people not wishing to pay direct to the starview people via paypal, For fear of being traced so therfor there asking other people to volunteer to pay on there behalf

Supersim if you actually bothered to read the thread you would know you need to download & run starview-supporter-1-02 get it from the sticky thread posted by ellen‎
 
This thread is for starview support thouth starviewsub not with starview-supporter


Starviewsub gives users a more personalised and live response to your support and can with help with any problems you may have with your starview box.

Just to make things clear, does that now mean that the Starview team will only respond to requests via the starviewsub Support (a.k.a PM's to you with box numbers as indicated on the first page of this thread)

Or do you also receive requests sent to you from the Starview Supporter 1.02? If you dont receive requests from this method anymore, then the other thread can then be closed. Its clear that theres been an update of the starview supporter to 1.02, however you are also accepting support requests through this thread aswell, I think it causes more confusion.
 
Starviewsub works thouth emails were you get a live person dealing with your support requests and can help with any problems or qustions you have with your box.


Starview Supporter is just a submit program.
 
how can i get support when i cant PM anybody because i havent posted enough??

theres plenty around the site you can read and maybe find of interest and post in,

but posts of this don't cut it, posts of this are considered non/un constructive.

i downloaded the supporter file. filled in all the necessary details (box no, email etc) but it does not submit it.

as already posted a lot say it does'nt seem like anything is happening, but it does give it time and wait and see if you get an email from them, can take a while
 
I paid my sub on Monday still waiting 4 days later for channels. do i have to re-tune or anything like that.

try a re-scan, i just left my box off for 24 hours put it back on from behind and it started working.

As for promising all channels will be back, why dont you hang back till you get all the channels then take payments from people. That way you wont get questions of when will this channel be on bla bla bla

just a suggestion. Gazzy if still not on get in to touch with the person you paid the subs for. Let us know if the channels are back on :)
