Still stuck on boot - 5 USB's Later

Hi Guys , H2S still stuck on boot and after trying flash with 5 different usb's with 2 different images ( one USB worked previously ). Tried reformatting with no joy. Any suggestions before I buy a sixth USB ?!

what build are you trying to flash to the box?
have you tried a barebones image from zgemma website?

Try formatting your usb with bootice app which is in the download section on this site

ipab and Openvix. Will download a barebones image and try.

Have tried to flash with the barebones image on a usb formatted with bootice and still stuck on boot ( with the red light on?)

Try flashing it with plain OpenATV
As previously mentioned, make sure you have the correct image for your box, and use a small USB, preferably less than 4G

I had a similar situation. I could flash the box but when it rebooted I got the stuck on 'boot'. I think the receiver (motherboard) is corrupt in some way and nothing to do with your USB sticks. People have indicated JTAGing the box but wouldn't know where or how to do this. Probably best getting a new box.

If you're using a bare image, remember to rename the noforce file to force or it wont work.

Thanks Guys , will check that the bare image folder contains the file force and try again. Failing that , I think now its time for a new box !
