Trump doesn't care if we break international law by changing the rules with EU Biden does.

Oh there's ways and means.
Where it's very tight, PA, GA and similar there's thousands of votes still sitting in post offices if they were only posted yesterday.
They can be counted up to 6th November.
Except Trump has also fiddled with USPS administration.
He will stop at nothing to win including sending out millions of anonymous robocalls yesterday telling voters to "stay home and save lives" which the FBI are currently investigating.

At the same time Biden is also a puppet. Nothing will change with him either.

Biden will win , but sadly the republicans won the senate, so like under obama , everything biden tries to change or introduce , will be instantly blocked by McConnell, so in 4yrs time the republicans will be able to declare that the dems have done nothing for the country vote for us. Thats the basic flaw in their political system , the senate was set up to protect the smaller states, no one envisaged that the republicans would use it simply to block everything the incumbent administration proposes.
Having said all that , thank god we get rid of that horrible orange ****.

The rest of the I international community will though, who could ever countenance entering into an agreement with the UK ever again (US included) if they are seen to be welching on an agreement already made?
Plus, the EU are the UK's closest and biggest trading partners, it is a good deal with them that would seem to be more important to finalise.

What has been said by the US is that they will not stand idly by if the Good Friday Agreement is allowed to go down the swanny by The UK, and the threat of violence returning to the six counties would not be good for anyone.

At the same time Biden is also a puppet.

In terms of policy trump was very moderate and instep with most of America.

But the country needs someone with empathy and leadership.

I'm pleased for them that trump looks like he is on his way.
