You need a piece of paper i one of the photos with the date and your username, also you might be wise to change those drivers as they aren't compatible, details posted here, I did this on a Venton yesterday, doesn't take long:

do you mean the DVBC drivers - yes am aware of issue with the most recent drivers and I have downgraded the drivers and signal is now detected.

Those 07/12/2016 drivers won't allow you to scan for channels, the ones mentioned in the post above do allow you to scan for channels

as stated I have fixed that, that pic was taken before the DVBC drivers were fixed hence may show the incorrect driver version.

I used to have 2 x dvb-c of that box? its a great little starter for someone. be best with grogbuild on it. internal hard drive easy pull out is a nice touch.
