Do not take is personally, you are far from alone .
Having a problem with a box and seeking help is what this forum is all about. There is a wealth of information available and to that end a search function is offered. Most problems have already been covered many many times and it becomes tedious and tantamount to offensive when posters expect to be "spoon fed" and can't be bothered to try and help themselves first (which is often quicker). To my mind this is derogatory, ie. such posters are not prepared to give up their own time in searching but expect others to give of their time in helping them.
I am a member of other forums where such behaviour is not tolerated at all, ie. one/two warn(s) followed by a ban.

Have you deep formatted the USB drive first and have only the flash folder on it ?
What size drive is it? (smaller the better)
Also make sure no other device is plugged into any other USB port (if there is another port).
Flashing the Receiver.
1) Power off the receiver
2) Ensure no other USB devices are plugged into the receiver
3) Insert the USB stick containing the image files into one of the USB ports on the receiver, rear USB port is advised if possible.
4) Power the receiver on.
5) You will be prompted on your TV screen to press and hold down ‘OK’ button on your REMOTE to commence the
flashing process. The flashing process will then commence and progress show on TV screen.
6) If successful the receiver will reboot it self after the flashing process has completed.
7) Remove USB stick that contains the images files.
The flashing process should take approximately two minutes, it is important that you DO NOT power the receiver down for any reason as this can cause serious and or permanent damage.
If the receiver bypasses the flash files on the USB stick and boots, check that the file structure is correct on the USB stick or try deep formatting the USB stick and/or an alternative USB stick.

We really need as much information as possible to be able to offer pertinent and helpful advice.
Have you installed the IPK as previously advised by @wooshman ?
If so what does that say or do?
Also what steps have you done so far to get your IPTV up and running and any errors, if any, you have incurred.
Strictly speaking this is really a matter for your IPTV supplier to assist you with as WB Infinity is unlikely to be the problem.

Installed IPK as advised but don’t know the next step. Do I need to install anything else as user interface hasn’t given me any additional options since installing. Thanks for your reply Sparkrite

Have you checked your plugins for it?

Turn the box off - these words always worry me. Define turn it off.
If you are just turning it off at the back without shutting it down properly from the menu then this could be the cause.

HI. I will be honest and used to use another build which has since ceased. I have installed wooshbuild infinity. I have used wooshbuild in the past too.
On the first install of wooshbuild infinity, it did not recognise the hard drive which was already initialised and working on my other build. On the second install I installed with the external hard drive plugged into the USB, Once the openatv install part was completed I plugged the usb stick out and kept the hard drive connected. This worked and recognised the hard drive.
Also, another thing to note, after the install, if I re-booted and left the hard drive and usb stick plugged in, it would not read the hard drive. just thought I would mention this as came across a thread with other people having similar problems.
First impressions of the very latest wooshbuild are very good. I have managed to get channel numbers on the epg and infobar.
Just 2 little queries/problems. Firstly, when the epg in loaded and going throgh +24 hours the day Saturday just says turday, Wednesday says nesday etc.
Also, is there any way on the boquets to add the documentary tab and also a tab for all channels (a combination of all the channels on the enterntainment, music, plus1, movies, sports etc)

I have just two things i cannot find anserws to since loading infinity from all other wooshbuilds. I used to be able to remove bouqeuts from the TV button, remove individual bouqets, and they would remain removed after auto daily scanning. But since running infinity they always return after each daily update.
Secondly, is there a way of putting a background when going into WB config. At the mo its white text on a transparent background. can i change that somewhere?

1. Menu/Setup/EPG/GraphicalEPGsettings - then alter one of the font sizes (Timeline I think) - Green button.
2. Menu/Setup/Service Searching/AutoBouquetsMaker/Providers/Create main bouquet - change to "yes(all channels) - Green button.

Just restarted now but no new plugins unfortunately. I’ll ask my provider and update here. I think most folk on here use him.

There is no Documentary bouquet anymore Sky removed it months and months ago and put the channels in Entertainment, images which were not updated still shows these bouquets, WooshBuild 7 included. Spyke has answered how you get an All Channels bouquet.

You use AutoBouquetsMaker to hide bouquets which is slightly different to before.
Menu -> Setup -> Service Searching -> AutoBouquetsMaker -> Hide
I need to speak to @Chabs nicely to have a look at WB Config as I broke the background as you can see. Changing to any other skin will show it.
