OK, just because your box looks off doesn't mean you can't FTP to it or see it on your computers network.

Did you FTP your line manually or did you use the Line Transfer file I supply with the build, in theory you have it somewhere unless you deleted all your files after you transferred your line.

But try and FTP to your box first if you are sure you don't have a copy of your line. Your line provider will be able to resend. I am not sure what has happened to your box but sort your line out first before we try and sort the box.
 
Ive flashed again with a different firmware which includes. Ive done a few of these boxes but this one causing me probs. Even the cccam not runing has any one had issues with the network in these boxes

think techking put it on via core ftp i have found a copy of line details , so have i to reflash box with your image , i was going to wait to see if techkings has an idea why it turned off ,,
just stumped why a working box just shuts down and wont turn on ,,??

hi, just a quik one if you an help wooshman, awesome guide,
so after i flased using your image or backup, do i need to follow any further instructions or actions
or do i stop after flash assuming i have everything ready as yours?

After flash steps then follows a long list of other actions do i need to folllow?

i dont get what your asking flash the box and follow his guide in post 1 to set up you cant just flash and have it all working you need to set up usb/hard drive, autobuquete2 line etc
 
ahh ok that is fine. Yes C line understood would need to. Hardrive i understand i need to aswell. But rest I imagined in my small head was all ready for use. lol
 
This might be a silly question but when i goto settings --> setup --> service searching --> auto bouquets maker --> providers I have no option for Virmin like most guides say I should?
 
Have you configured tuner b to cable and set your net id then you should be able to enable it in autobouqete marker, providers and again setting your net id
 
Yes for some reason Tuner B shows up as DVB-S2 ? Thats using the V cable, read I need to get an adapter? Not sure why as it fits
 
Start a new thread have you got the combo box? H2h,H1 or h2 you need an adapter because the one on the box should show as an aerial socket

I can confirm xmltv is in this image

I pressed green button-pluging-download plugins ok-extensions-scroll down xmltv/import and xml/import-rytec are both in this image
 
I have just bought my box and it cam with openatv 5.1 pre installed, i flashed it with openvix. Will i be ok flashing with this image now?
 
Considering you are both wrong about the rules, I have deleted your posts, couldn't have people telling newbie to read the rules, then quoting the rule incorrectly, could I? Wooshman and technonoob?

Have a quick read before you decide to lecture.

Wooshman, I've installed the Wooshbuild and it's fantastic, I'm amazed. Is there a way to add Kodi? Can you point me in the right direction please?

KodiDirect is available from the plugins. Don't expect a kodi like the pc version though. Although KodiDirect is working at present, Genesis, turk, BBC Iplayer it can be hit and miss, but go for it. Personally most prefer IPTV player. It is a plugin which then gives you different streaming apps. Have a look at Solar Movies, always seems up to date, and also once with popcorn for it's icon.

installed this at the weekend and would like to say big thank you to wooshman , youve made it so easy to follow and set up .
i done this box for an older relative , was just wandering now if anyone has an idiots guide anywhere on how to actually use it

Hi, This may sound daft but find I have to be so quick if I want to change channel via typing in the numbers. If I hesitate for a split second I have to start again. Any ideas, clues? Or should I just get quicker :-)
