The rest can be done at your place I think, but it may fry your brain as you will have no TV channels at all and will just see the WooshBuild logo.

hi, so happy with this on my H2s, I have a skybox v8 in spare room, I was going to buy a zgemma h.s the single tuner version, will this image work on the H.S

Morning Wooshman thanks for all your help this far, I spoke to John last night he was a great help,
he also pm to say the above version I need to download and start again, that's all good and I will give it a go later, looks like I will go the dreamplayer way for the line,hopefully I won't need help but it is reassuring you guys are here for us Numptys

Hi NicNic

There are no numpties just learners :-)

Yes WooshBuild v2.50 was created as a result of your issue so it has a few added bits so you can use Dream Explorer as Beni was trying to do last night.

You will still need to install Dream Explorer but the files you need to edit are there and waiting for you.

With dream Explorer plug a usb with your line on in the front USB port then in dream Explorer navigate to the usb choose copy then add it to usr/keys
 
Wooshman just a Quick question do I need to delete my USB with original build on it? Also the USB that was in the back for recording etc do I need to delete that also? Cheers
 
Nicnic....Delete all previous info on the USB and reformat and start again from scratch.
This eliminates the possibility of any of the missing/corrupt files stopping the new flash.
 
I got error saying something like hard file to time shift failed? I also lost newcams list that I got sent its nowhere to be seen this error keeps popping up. I'm at the stage to do the line,so I've asked the chap for some advice I.E send me another,
please help if you can..thanks... I did clear all USB and did reboot on box

Do have a couple of problems though if anyone can help.

the guy who i get my lines from says he does not use ccam they are mgcamd which is more stable and open atv struggles with it. what do i do?

also i get genesis ok but will not play anything, keep saying error

You had the line details last night in your emails I thought when we spoke ?

Timeshift prob is because one of the procedures is missing ?
 
The line will have been sent in an email from the provider as that is how they are sent by him.

The time shift error is from step 5 (I think) where you have to select the timeshift folder on your usb device. As Beni says, it is a missed procedure - he will know, he is king of missed procedures.

Step 6 of the instructions tells you exactly what you need to do for the different types of lines.

mgcamd will be a file called newcamd.list. If that is he case, follow the instructions for that.

Genesis and or kodi direct are not covered by this thread. Please search the forum for questions like your which have been asked a million times, well nearly a million or start a new thread adding to the millions of threads already created about kodidirect and genisis.
