If you are using a single sat cable then make sure tuner B is disabled and then restart cam possibly reboot box.
 
Nah, twin cables. It's very odd. Seems to be no reason for it. Anyway. After about an hour messing around and trying different things I ended up giving up hope and returning to how I previously had it on vix. Cheers Anyway man!
 
Im not getting off to a good start Ive d/l basebuild and it said to copy the z gemma folder to usb flash drive. There is also two other files ( cccam.cfg and mgcamd.cfg ) Do I also have to copy them to the usb flash drive ..
 
No, just the zgemma folder for now but you may need those 2 other files later depending on what format your provider sent your details in. Make sure you have them backed up somewhere before you flash if you're upgrading the image or you'll lose them.

Any chance we can change the bootlogo? Replacing bootlogo.mvi in /usr/share as per the usual process doesn't seem to change it.
 
I`m getting a `can`t open `splash.bin` Input/Output error` when opening the downloaded online zip file. Tried it twice.

Any ideas

??

third attempt give an `inflate error` for the last file splash.bin

is this installed on the internal Flash or some files to the ext hd?

I have heard it all now, I think. "Hey Woosh, can you take any sign that this is your work off your build, please?" What next?, ask Kellogs to take their logo off the cornflakes box??

This is the image I get everytime I try to do an online update?
Does anyone know why and if they can help,
ive re downloaded the build, formatted the USB,
tried it on 4 different boxes still all the same?

this is exactly what i got at the fourth time of trying - crashes while trying to flash from online

is this a new Beta??
 
I can't seem to find a problem, I put it one box, perfect,
tried it again on another and this is all that comes up,,
someone will definately know ;)
wooshmans builds are the best ever
 
Sorry guys i haven't got a box connected at present.
I will flash test first thing in the morning to see if there are any problems.
Please be patient for a short while.
 
No problem,
mots hard to find a problem tho, I literally flashed one box, put a line on it then 5 mins after went to do another one and that error came up
then tried another 2 boxes with the same error,
hope there's a simple fix for you ;)

For now why don't you do a backup of the box you've flashed then restore on second box until benijofar or wooshman fix it
 
Need to sort my box out first so will look in the morning.
Bear with us and service will be resumed as soon as possible...👍

Just reflashed from the nightly build twice without any problems !
Initially my box showed an HDD full error due to my buggering around with it !!
Rather than mess around I reinitialised the HDD and did a swap manager just to save time and then after a settings backup I ran the flash build.
Both times were perfect so maybe the people having a problem at the moment should follow what I did as USB's seem to be a constant source of irritation to say the least !
 
h put this image on my h.2s can get everything working ok apart form autobouquets set it to republic of ireland and ran it but in entertament bbci is 101 and should be 115 rte 1 should be 101 is there something i need to change in the image any help would be good thanks

You are posting in the 2S section but say that you are running an H2S ?
Look at the Wooshbuild H2S section blog 481 and it explains how to solve this issue.
 
Hi guys, quick question and apologies to woosh if I'm in the wrong thread, I have 2 zgemma s2 running this build and it's great, I have both boxes connected via home plug, the box downstairs keeps loosing the ip adresse, I mapped my network and it shows up 2 zgemma s2, is there anything I can do I think my router thinks the zgemma s2 is trying to get 2 I.p address rather than it been 2 separate boxes, has anyone experienced this or any advice, it has me at my witts end, it keeps logging off the downstairs box and won't reconnect, either via tp link or wi-fi and if it does it only stays for a day or 2, the one upstairs has never had a bother
