Anyone know why my program guide info is showing the same on a lot of channels?

Sounds like your EPG.DAT file has become corrupt
If you are up to date with the ATV software updates you can delete the EPG.DAT file by going to menu - setup - EPG - load/save/delete and delete it in there then run crossepg to repopulate it properly

probably not up to date, as its not giving me the option to delete

OK you can also use dream explorer from the plugins to delete the EPG.DAT file
Press the green button on the remote, select dream explorer and let it load. Press ok to select list of storage devices, select the storage device that is not internal flash, move the yellow bar down to EPG.DAT and press red to select delete.
I would also delete the crossepg folder from that same screen.
Once done reboot the box and use crossepg to redownload the EPG properly

Wish I knew what happens to cause it to corrupt in the way it does
