Clear the cache for the xciptv app

Just checking and it's not on unfortunately. Just changed from Virgin and had a great Internet speed with them and it's not changed
I did. Logged back in and still the same
Which player are you using?
Check in the settings within xciptv player, VLC usually better for live channels
Your current speed with sky should be more than enough to stream, depending on what else in the household is using the Internet at the same time.

Just WiFi on our phones.
Using a firestick
Using it on a firestick. Only recently bought it. The reviews from others have been great
I'd try a different app if possilbe. Smarters Pro is good.

You've posted in the mag box part of the forum.
Try rebooting stick and router by switching off at the mains, clear the cache on the app (manage installed apps, XCIPTV, clear cache,) change player to something else in the XCIPTV settings - you might need to download vlc using the search icon on the firestick home screen, do a speed test on the firestick not your phones, try a ethernet adapter to hard wire your firestick if it's slow, last resort ask your provider for an alternative app.

Change player in player selection from exo to vlc you don't need to download vlc as it comes as a player with xciptv on most versions.
Exo player which is standard for xciptv can be hit and miss on my xciptv I have it set like this
Live tv vlc
Vod exo player
Series exo player
Catch-up vlc.
You could also take a test line just to see if isp/device/provider.
Also you havnt really said whether it's live tv or vod
