have xtream editor on box tried to update to new release 2.06 updated but line id now blank. still works but wont load for new channels. I have the line id but you cant enter via remote any help guys

Go to xtream editor site and link it up again or else try pressing menu in the plugin and reset config files then send your provider the new code.

Will the line I'd not load when you try get settings? Maybe since you updated the plugin it generated a new code.

It can't have generated a new code still working all channels. And when i go to setting says no line id

The channels will work as the m3u and bouqets are already loaded onto it. It just won't import epg etc.

yes it says no Line defined you must be able to ftp to box

Ya but you don't know your line is so you can't you can't ftp to it as it's done through xtream. You have 2 options. If you have your line I'd saved you can go onto xtream editor website and link it to the code on your plugin. Or else get onto your provider and give him the code he can link it up and if not he should be able to give you the line I'd and you can do yourself

I do know my line and code all I am trying to do is input line and there's no instructions from xtream editor on their website

Would be interested to find out the outcome of this.
I use xtream via supplier of my iptv and each time I reflash box they charge me £xx to reconnect..
Each time i have been reconnected though I have a new line ID so supplier don’t reconnect they give me a new line so to speak..
So would be good to know away of keeping your line ID etc and reusing after a reflash etc without anyone being any wiser shall we say...

He’s scamming you. You can change all details through xtream editor. All you should have to do is send him the new app code and he can link to your existing editor line and delete your old code

Oh yeah totally I know this that’s why I want to find away around it if possible..kind of have no choice but pay at present..trouble is like a lot of us I like to play around etc and generally end up wanting to reflash as I want a image change or something so it’s stopping me playing at the mo.

Note down the line ID and then just enter it manually via your remote. I 'think' that should work. I'll reset my code tonight and enter my line manually just to see.

Ya that should do. Or else just get m3u file off supplier and make your own editor line.

As long as you always keep a copy of your LINE ID, you will be able flash your box as many times. No requirement to repurchase new line, of course as long as your subscription is still valid.
Should your LINE ID not populate on Xtream try the following:
Go to https://xtream-editor.com/app and it will ask to input 2 codes, APP CODE and LINE ID ( case sensitive so make sure both codes are inputted in capital letters )
APP CODE - this is the code on the right hand side in the xtream editor app has a QR barcode image, or similar.
LINE ID - Combination of Letters and Numbers, I believe around 32 characters length, can't fully remember.
once both codes are inputted in the correct input box`s Click Save on the web page and you will get a green confirmation box
In xtream editor on the box Press Yellow to Get Settings, now the Line ID should populate with the Line ID you entered on the website
Click Blue to Load, After a few seconds you will get a message saying Done! The Bouquets were loaded, and then events will start Importing ( it will go from 0 and start rising )
Wait for it to finish first time import of the EPG, this will take a few minutes
Click Green to Save

Hi thanks for the info..I thought about this but would the supplier know? Would they see anything different on thier server etc?..
