I'm going to PM you because i've had the exact same issue, just to check your supplier as mine has done a bunk, paid for 6 months 10 days ago, now says BANNED but with correct expiry date.
Either your provider has done a runner (especially if he has stopped replying to your emails), or if you get banned (from the server) have you tried to watch IPTV on two boxes simultaneously using the same sub, like multi-room?
