Zgemma h2h no channels clearing apart from Eurosport 1hd

All channels cleared at my house but when it got set up at the owners house only Eurosport 1hd clears nothing else? I'm confused

check all of the connections, then turn to a blank channel and press OK button twice, do you see the SNR figure displayed? if so, what is it? is it similar on Eurosport 1hd?

what build have you got on the box?
Are they in the same NetID area as you?

All sorted I had to do a full automatic scan and all the channels came on thanks grog
