The best thing you can do now is beg, borrow or buy some phono leads to check whether it is the port at fault

I have my box connected to a projector with hdmi then with the audio out connectors to a surround sound,you could try that to a hifi or audio equipment if you have any.

ive had same issue with a zegemma h5 box (no sound) flashed 6.2 6.3 6.4 still sound not working, iptv only so its going in the bin id say hdmi port goosed
ive tried mp3 in media player and nothing aswell cheers guys

Try a freeview or freesat channel to see if there's any sound.
Have you tried other iptv test lines to rule out provider?
Have you tried the box on a different tv or a different hdmi cables ?
You can use phono cables as above to see if it works
