ZGEMMA I55 BOX TIMING ISSUES

Good Morning

My friend has got a i55 box & cannot download the epg. Looking into it looks like the time is wrong if he reboots its 1am on the 1/01 if i take the box down my house it will identify the time and date correctly and will load the epg. he can watch channels but his epg is blank.

he has the same internet, same router as i do.

any ideas please.

hes turned box router off overnight to see if it works next morning with no success.

Goto set up-system-network-aptapter settings-restart network if it don,t work the first time try again that should bring up the correct time then you will be able to get your epg running.
