Cable Zgemma

Trying to connect to my zgemma to put new line in down loaded FileZilla client put IP address of box then root then get this authentication fail critical error. Could not connect to server what am I doing wrong?

On network info on zgemma it says host name Xbox should that go in instead of IP adress

Tried it all ways still same
Insecure server it does not support ftp over tls
331 please specify the password
Command pass
530 login incorrect
Critical error could not connect to server

Menu infomation network should give you a ip not a name then you put that in filezilla
