A big thank you to you guys for all your help its working YES.
Right i've got another question i would like answering please my other box i think i have 'bricked' it loads up to L100 and goes to channel 0001 but have nothing on the screen no menu nothing, remote changes nothing, blank screen?

Try pressing the v format button may have to press several times also try a scart lead see if you get anything
