channels missing says tuner failed on CLOUD IBOX

help
channels missing. again same problem hapning again before i put new image back on

I have tried everything but channels dont work. basically some channels have gone missing when i did another channel scan. about 1/4 of the channels that should be there have gone, especially international channels. plz help what should i DO???

JUST DID ANOTHER CHANNELS SCAN 416 CHANNELS FOUND.

IT DOESNT FIND ALL CHANNELS. BASICALLY NOW I DID A CHANNEL SCAN AND AGAIN CHANNELS MISSING. FOR EXAMPLE IN SPORTS SECTION CHANNEL SCAN DIDNT FIND SS1 OR SS3. WHEN U GO ON EPG IT BASICALLY SAYS <n/a> where the channel should be

alot of international channels messed up. when i go on them the start glitching, not glitching beuase of a cline poor quality, but glitching almost as if satttelite signal is very poor. and after glitching it say tuner failed, then glitching may come back with broken picture. But when I go on onther channels like bts1 and bts2, its crystal clear with no glitching.

ive just messed up the my dish. thought it might be lnb so moved thaat channels gone.

when i do an automatic scan or manual scan. it searches bout 460 channels. the channels it doesnt find it says n/a on them i the EPG

I get most other channels like sly sports 1,2,3,4,5 and ssn, but missing loads of international channels. On the bouqet list, with the channels that are missing it says <n/a>. And if you go on channel it says dvb service if you press OK button. On the channel it displays blank black screen, after few seconds, message appears saying service unavailable, check tuner configuration. on these channels SNR and AGC is n/a. Got few channels missing in every section of bouqet list. e.g in sports Bts1 and bts2, boxnation e.t.c in entertainment itv, and few more

im assuming the problem isnt my sattelite dish as why would I get half channels working. I even re-flashed the box last night, but didnt make difference. got a few channels back after doing it, but again today lost a few so did a new manual scan, and i got back sly sports channels and few more. Is there a problem with a service scanning, anybody can tell me how to do a channel scan on how to get these channels back

you were right sucmnsee. It was the LNB.

had a sattelite repair guy come round, and have a look at it, he said it was LNB, so he replaced it and all channels are now back.

only problem the **** stung me with a 40 quid bill for it. when i had look on ebaythey knocking around for a tenner. Is it me or did I just get hustled???

Im having this exact problem. The box isnt getting any signal from Vertical at all. What can i do to fix this? My F5S box picks up all channels perfectly
