firmware is too old i think you may need to manually flash firmware to box by null modem cable.

the latest firmware is as follows.

New a780 using online software update
date 16/08/2013
software version pv4.2.03

you need to state your date of firmware on box.

11/11/12 v3.00

If it wont update via s/w update in the installation page then you need to flash it with the latest bin file in the download section i think its the may one and then you can do a s/w update online and that will bring you upto date

go to s/w update in the installations and that brings it back but its glicthing a bit at mo

Hi, thinging of buying one of these boxes , wonder if you can answer some of my questions, are good for getting sports on ,

probably only box on vm cable working lol,sports are there.

As cacti says THE only vm box with all the sports you can watch for no subs..bargain..!!
