You won’t be on your own mate there’ll be thousands feeling the same way. I wouldn’t listen to any of the hysteria, not sure if you work or if you are retired but if you are retired I’d wrap yourself in cotton wool until it passes or a vaccine comes out.

Minimise physical contact with people, hibernate for a little while and order things like your shopping online.

The fella is worried with his health condition, I’m simply advising him on how he can possibly avoid it. I’d be the same with any flu/virus if I had a chronic lung condition as well so I understand his concern.

For any healthy folk I don’t see the need to panic. There’s been one death from someone who was already very ill by the looks, let’s not pretend we weren’t expecting any deaths from this virus.

Your hysteria is there’s now going to be panic on the streets, which is absolute rubbish.

For him however with his underlying conditions I understand the concern to want to wrap himself in cotton wool. He can still go out for walks and things but avoiding crowded places for a couple of months isn’t exactly life changing, in fact I’d love to be away from the human race for a few months!

Totally understand it mate, my concern lies with my grandfather who’s had a rough time and my little boys struggles big time with colds/viruses. So if it does get to the point where it’s everywhere then I will be taking precautions with the little man.

The hysteria is wrong tho, all it does is cause even more panic than it needs to. Let’s just get the facts out there so people can decide on their best form of protection from the virus.

They don’t even know whether this guy actually died from the virus or his other health conditions.

My boys problem is that it always leads to his chest and affects his asthma, so he’s usually getting nebulisers to keep him going.

i have a nebiliser machine too
i use to take chest infections all the time but since i started taking honey i have never had an infection

i put it in my coffee instead of sugar and also just take it of a spoon
i think i take to much tho as i can use a jar a week,
but i havent taken an infection for over 2 years now

u can use it on open wounds too, they say honey is a great healer of conditions/infections
and as long as im not catching infections i will continue using it

@celticfc don't worry mate know its worrying time mate but i believe everything will get better. Stay safe mate. Stay safe everyone.

I wasn't that worried before but I am beginning to be which can take its toll on me with conditions I suffer for. Just have to keep telling myself it won't get out of control and will be curable.

I would always recommend herbal remedies than whatever doctor gives. No side effects from herbal medicine.

I agree 100% honey is vital and for us in our household honey is like gold lol. Prefer 100% organic honey as doesn't have all extra rubbish in it. Especially if you feeling ill honey in hot water does the trick.
