What's your personally preferred IPTV player?

Bazz is correct sime suppliers will not give you the url beleiveing in some way it offers protection. Which is a bit silly I can get the url in 2 seconds off most apps. So I am sure a sly agent can.

Now some suppliers may do it to keep people on the same few apps that way they are keeping there service fairly consistent if evreything is pretty much the same
Hi mate could you pm me about how to get my service url so I can use iptv smarters. They currently use there own apps which are abit naff to be honest.

I am not going to help anybody do this. Because you will probably be kicked off service

Have you raised the app issues with them? They might be open to adding a new app for customers

Most of the time it's because customers want to use tivimate or IMPLAYER. Some suppliers after you have been with them a while will give dns that you can use

Anyone have any recommendations for a decent IPTV player for OSX?

I have an old iMac in the kitchen and it would be great to use it for IPTV. Looking for sport and catch up sport in particular. Had Smarters but it’s a bit cumbersome with a mouse. Not sure of Kodi’s catch up abilities?? Don’t mind paying a bit if it’s good.

Any suggest be great!

Thanks :)

If it’s an apple silicon chip you can’t go wrong with supa legacy. I use it in the mac with zero issues. Basic layout but I watch channels not stare at menus. there’s nothing live tivimate on there. Smarters is on there if your suppliers provides dns but it’s not a nice port. 24/7 iptv is a better app and basically looks and functions the same.

Thanks for getting back,

No it’s an old iMac from maybe 2010 I’ll give supa legacy a spin tho and see what it’s like 👍

What's your personally preferred IPTV software player and why do you prefer it over other alternatives? Has it got a particular feature that you think is the dogz danglerz?

TiviMate, Smarters, Simple IPTV, SS IPTV, etc?

Just looking to see what others think?

Cheers

Tivimate and smarters seems to have a great interface. I`m facing the same issue with my current supplier where the app that they are currently offering new users aren`t that great.
