FYI - Channels above should be the same for Scottish East.

Scottish East uses STV HD on 176 I think Scottish west is on 803.

The issue is that regions are using different numbers for secondary channels. Wooshman needs the numbers for HD channels without channel swap.
 
Help please my epg is only showing a few channels all main ones are missing zgemma H2h with whooshbuild 7 have tried restart and rescan of channel
 
hi

is there any reason all documentaries are missing from the bouquet and mixed up in entertainment

is there a config file i need to update or anything like that

using abe2 and its the same with ab

So turned my h2h box on and it started to boot, got to 00 and then back to around 50, the whooshbiild screen was covered with a blue screen (whooshbuild screen was still behind the blue one). No writing on blue screen

Keeps doing this, any ideas please

At the moment I am not sure what channels should be where and what bouquets there should be.

I will sort it out though, or maybe @dsayers will tell us :-) what bouquets we should have and where the channels are.

sorry if i sound naive lol but do you need to arrange the bouquets yourself for abe2 ? i was under the impression they were just cloned somehow from the .xml file so would update automatically as sky change them.

if that's the case i can go through them myself and let you know what should be where ?
 
AutoBouquets E2 (ABE2) doesn't use an xml file, it works very differently to AutoBouquetsMaker (ABM) Satellite only boxes running WooshBuild use ABE2 where sat / cable boxes use ABM.

ABE2 uses a channel swap file and ********** file for channels. And then to make it harder it only sorts them for regions in England. Scotland, Roi, Northern Ireland and Wales each need their own making.

England should be sorted except for maybe Channel 4. I know they are working fine on my own boxes which are set to England, Meridian as I updated the file online yesterday.
 
Oh and to top it all off, if your ISP is blocking the box's access to the WooshBuild website it won't matter what I do you won't get the updates. This is where turning off the poxy ISP safe surfing rubbish off as per previous post is important.

isp not blocking mate i also use my own tplink router instead of the shitty bt hub and i use vpn, all seems fine for uk apart from channel 4 like you say but the documentaries are all over the place, for me anyway, i know sky have set them up that way with the channel changes for "all channels" bouquet, but in the section bouquets, sports, entertainment documentaries etc i have around 6 fta channels in the documentaries bouquet and that's it, its missing all the premium channels and more
if that makes sense ha.

I haven't had chance to take a proper look yet at the bouquets but looking at the link there is no documentary bouquet anymore and may be redundant.

This is the key part of text in the link:

• Documentary channels will be moved up the TV Guide to sit alongside Entertainment channels
• +1 channels will be listed in a new menu on the TV Guide
• +1s from Entertainment & Documentaries move to new linked channel numbers (e.g, Sky One - 106, Sky One+1 - 206)

You probably still have a bouquet for them as the box won't delete them. Give us time and we will sort it.

Scotland channel swap update

Thanks to Makido's ground work I have altered channel swaps for Dundee.

If you are Scotland East or West please please choose Dundee as your region.
In WB Config, allow channel swaps to be handled by WooshBuild.

If you need help doing this please ask and I will sort screen shots.


The old bouquet names cannot be altered by me. The bouquets are hard coded into ABE2 so we will have to wait for an update to AB E2 to be released.

An alternative option is to uninstall ABE2 and install AutoBouquetMaker instead. This will give you the correct bouquets and hopefully channel swaps too.
 
Hi I’m in England and still not got a full channel list excuse me for not fully understanding but how do i get ABE2 file I’m on whooshbuild on H2h
