nline channels not working any more. I have tried a new c line but still no joy

Hi,
i was using a N-line on me zgemma hs2 but channels not working any more (due to run out in Sept). I have tried a new C-line but still no joy still the same issue.

I have a amiko in the other room and this too switched of at the same time. This to was a separate N-line but from the same original provider (due to run out in Mar 2019).

I am with Virgin media for my internet.

Having above problems so decided i would upgrade from Wooshbuild v5 to latest Wooshbuild Infinity which is up and running but still the n-line or c-line is not working.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue. Do i need to now upgrade to IPTV and FTA??

Thank you for any responses, please also ask if you require any further info.

have you contacted your line provider maybe got problems with server
or have virgin got issues in your area at present also check all cabling and try rebooting boxes and modem and re-start cam if required

Yes I am getting all the FTA channels just not any of the subscription ones.
A test Line would be perfect to eliminate the provider end issues

Back up and running with sly test line. My original provider must be having problems. Also the new c line bought yesterday also having problems. But test line shows all is good but just might need a new provider. thank you all for the help.

could be the line you got yesterday is a reseller from the same provider as your original provider

very good thinking i think your right. i will get a new box for the virmin side off things. which one do you think is best zgemma h2h £49.99 or H3.2TC £54.99 or H5.2TC £64.99 or H9T £81.99. i think first two are very similar, the H5.2TC a little quicker with 265 codec and the H9T can do 4k?

the H9T is a single tuner box, apparently really fast but you can't record one channel while watching another. The H3.2tc is similar spec to your H2S and the H2H but with extra tuner. H5.2tc is worth the extra £10-£15 if you ask me. If recording is not an issue then look at the H9T
