If the email includes an attachment, this will be your line. Hi-light the attachment and "save as" just make sure you make a note of where the file saves to, now go to the folder/location and copy the saved file then paste it onto your usb drive.
If the email contains a list of text similar to below
CWS = server.com 20000 user123 845795 01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 10 11 12 13 14
Contact your line provider and ask for a sub file then use the method above...

Just a quick update on my glitching ..I’ve tried the suggestions without any joy so gone back to the old build which works great ...the only thing I didn’t try was a new flash using ATV 6.1
 
Need help, ABM creates the all channels bouquet but no channels have been populated in it!

I’m running WooshBuild infinity.

Any ideas??

I'm trying to set up my NORD VPN on my Zgemma H2s box via the add vpn easily plugin which I've downloaded as part of the wooshbuild, it all appears to be connected in the plugin and despite saving the settjnhs as soon as I come out it doesn't appear to keep the VPN IP address...

Any help, instructions or guidance soemone can give me would be much appreciated.

Check to see if vpn is running blue button > network > network services > openvpn
If it shows as running then the vpn is working
 
I have tried reading through all 167 pages of this thread and have been unable to find a solution to the issue i am having when trying to install this build on my zgemma star lc. I can flash openATV 6.2 without any issue onto the box, however when I go to openwebif there is no terminal link. I have tried the 3 links for openATV 6.2 for my box 20181127 , 20181128 and 20181129. All three do not have the terminal in openwebif. I have then used putty as someone mentioned to telnet into the box and run the command opkg install http://wbuildx.co.uk/setup.ipk this command runs and output from putty looks correct. My box then reboots and the wooshbuild logo appears but the box is then stuck in an infinite boot cycle and no wizard appears. This happens on all three of the openATV builds from the link in the guide. I am using putty as soon as the openATV wizard appears and have taken out the USB i used to flash the box. Is there any other way of doing this? Where am I going wrong that is causing this infinite boot cycle?

Strange as the zgemma lc is in the list of boxes that runs infinity
Have you tried 6.1 http://images.mynonpublic.com/openatv/6.1/index.php?open=zgemmaslc

You will end up maybe having to do an online flash to open atv 6.2 anyway as 6.1 is not supported any longer.

If you go into wb config > change skin boot theme > change boot screen theme.
There is an option to add your custom theme. Instructions on how to make it work are at the bottom of the page

tried it loads times had no luck was hoping there was a setting need to change

Tried to online flash to 6.2 from 6.1 but same issue, when I run the command for the build wizard of infinite boot cycle. Refreshed to 6.1 ran the command and I'm now fully up and running again on openatv 6.1 so I'll just stick with that for now till it breaks.
