I agree with PayPal but you just think what work has to be put in to get the service on could it be a fact that your/their supplier is a reseller/sub reseller and if the main provider isn't passing updates on how can they pass information on to their customers if no information is been passed from top to middle then to bottom would you prefer lies false hope or just wait for an outcome I've seen a supplier cause they've had to change panels want their customers to pay £10 each for a year to be moved onto a new panel or there subs won't work

Nothing to do with false hope etc I would just prefer my supplier to contact me even if they had no positive news,at least you knew they were still around .
 
People don't understand the time and effort it takes to get a server up and running. People want an instant fix, yes it's good to get updates but for most people on iptv they are paying 40 quid a year and expect 24/7 live chat, the people who run these servers do have lives too lol

its not ec its a fella who was attacking servers last yr with ddos. would you trust his panel ??

The ppl running server do have life’s but they also get paid good money otherwise they wouldn’t do it, they should be communicating with there customers I’ve been doing it since the days of on digital And I’ve always said communication is what everyone needs there’s to many providers taking wether it’s a sub for 10 quid 50 quid the money and running when things go bad or just scam you, there’s also loads of good ones but they can fire a email over with ur line quick enough to get paid!! Some ppl don’t understand how it works so it’s just courteous, I am working so predictive text sorry if not all makes sense

If a legal provider were to make an IPTV offering similar to the illegal offerings for a price five times that of the illegal form I would happily pay.

Allow me to watch any channel when I want, wherever I want, on whatever device I want and charge me a fair, affordable price, not the rip-off rates currently on offer forcing us to go to multiple providers ramping-up charge on top of charge then still unable to watch in certain regions of the world or on particular devices. I can't even legally watch the BBC in Europe.

The current system is a mess and getting worse not better.
 
i agree, charging £1500 a year (over £100 a month) isn't on.
I think this XC mess could be a godsend though, it was only a matter of time before something like this happened as everything was glued together using XC software.
Visualise an open source panel where everyone can download and use, none of them connected to a main server, everyone would be a main man - no resellers. this would make it a thousand times harder to disrupt as there would be hundreds of thousands of them all with a relatively small amount of users instead of big suppliers with hundreds of resellers

I was just reading something similar yesterday makes sense and probably what will n should happen

If they don't have an infrastructure to reply such as a forum or an automatic email reply then chances are you are talking to a reseller who has the same idea as you do

I’m not a reseller what I’m saying is wether or not there small or big fries if they can take ur money and send a line across than its only right to update you n if there not getting update either let there customers no or send them some online info it’s just the right thing to do
 
Only thing is people dont want one update a day they want one hourly. I agree providers should update but the more time they invest in answering everyone who asks for an update is less time sorting the main problem
 
It pisses me off people selling on the open internet, you only have to type IPTV on ebay or Google and you get a ton of sellers offering x amount of sly channels so of course they are going to try to stop IPTV. It should stay on closed forums like the old days but greed means this will never happen again!

They probably are communicating with its customers. you may be further down that communication chain due to sellers re-sellers, re-re-sellers, re-re-re-sellers, re-re-re-re-sellers. get the drift. Where are you in that List. re-re-re-re-re-re-re-re-re-re-re-re-re-re-re-re-re-sellers. i'll stop there.
We all know many are working to put this together again. Just wait be patient.

I have had contact but there loads who haven’t the thing is ur ok as you said you have never been down ppl who have been all this time and in the dark don’t understand and have not been updated and ppl who are still connected and gloating are telling them to be patient
