can some 1 advise im running vix with 28.2 east and abm when i put my config in the abm i get the correct channels however my local hd itv granada does not clear its just the hd granada ??

ABM reads the data tables on the satellites and adds to the receiver. Whether you can receive them or not.

When fault finding reception issues, best not to use plugins like ABM/AB 28.2 E. Two options:
You can check the individual frequency using signal finder.
Perform a manual scan, single satellite. If you receive less than 850 channel, you have an issue. This is the best option in my opinion.

They are working fine for me.

Signal strength on that transponder or another one? It is possible to receive some but not others. Performing the single satellite scan is the best option to confirm the issue. Post back with how many channels you get.

Before you start going around in circles, this isn't an ABM issue. Maybe alignment, damaged lnb, cable fault, f-plug.

That seems like an LNB fault. You can only receive the vertical plane. Check your LNB for any visible damage. If you have recently moved receiver, clean/tidy etc, check f-plugs. Maybe try box at someone's house, must not be a SkyQ LNB. Other possibility is Power supply not supplying enough power. Which receiver is it? Maybe you can try a different PSU?
