How can I play 4K movies on my zgemma h2s box.

You will need a 4k box and 4k TV, my VU Uno4k plays 4k VOD but it must downscale it as I don't have a 4k TV

You can’t, that box is not a 4K box, you would need a Zgemma H7 or H9

It will usually tell you in the name of the box if it's capable of playing 4K

Right lads got a 4K tv and a 4K firestick but vod movies still won’t load properly is there something I need to do.

Did u get a HDR tv? 4 k without HDR is pretty pointless Keith so double check that

What tv did you get mate? And where from? Just type your tv in online and it will come up with the specs, it should also say on the box

My LG comes up with HDR in top right corner every time its switched on

Not al HDR tvs are great with 4k

I have the VU ULTIMO 4k and VU DUO 4k. Both can play ultra HD content well
