Just an update, have been trying the Thomson 140 tv stick for a couple of weeks now, its so slow compared to the Fstick 4k but seems to work okay during live sport but it is so slow loading up and powering up

You can see from where it comes on this list of certified devices that it’s not a great option.

Is the roughter duel band, have you tried both 2.4 and 5 ghz.

1. The remote on the transpeed box taps annoying

2. Seems speedy and goes through menus ok

3. Not sure it likes the true 4k channels. This could be my phone though as I’m using a hotspot

5. When the 4k channel plays it seems better than my 4k stick the picture is very vibrant and colourful. Always found it dull on my

I’ve set a password on my router and guess what I can’t remember it. Need to reset it I think. But when I connect to my iphone
It says WiFi 6 just like my router does.

So odd it kinda connects then says disconnected on and off

And I haven’t had the glitch I was having on my gd stick and 4k stick were the video stalls and the audio continues

yes I can get the WiFi password. But can’t log into router to change settings as that’s the password that’s missing

Seems to be playing the uhd channels as good as any other now. Well worth the £9 quid a paid with the discount I had on Ali.

Messaged the seller for help on Ali and they just straight out refunded me no message back? Just says we are a good seller don’t return we just refund

Now it won’t connect to nothing

Theres a recovery mode in the menu somewhere and a factory reset, not at home so cant check where sorry

My onn is like that with Bluetooth, connected then not. Not sure if you could connect a USB network adaptor to that box

No vpn on. I’ll have another play tomorrow. Seen people saying on the reviewed on Ali that there is problems with WiFi 5 and 6 and needs to connect to 2.4ghz channel. But my router is stuck in compatibility mode. Which should use that channel but the box keeps connecting to the 6ghz option WiFi 6
