The first two people who where reported to have had an allergic reaction to the vaccine already had to carry epi-pens because they where known to have bad reactions to most thing.
You will have some adverse effects especially when it comes to people who have history of allergic reactions.
Personally dont think its anything to panic over right now. if over next few months 5 plus million get vaccincated and there is high proportion who get some sort of serious side effects then there is valid ground to be concerned.
Not sure how many operations the NHS carries out every year using general anaesthetic but around 1 in 100,000 don't make it due to the anaesthetic alone.
