back flash not flashing other boxs

tried a few usb but nothing ,what have i missed also upgraded box to wooshbuild

Are you putting all 3 files on the usb?
Are you holding in the reset button at the back of the box, when powering on?
Have you prepared your usb stick.? Go to the resource section and download willos toolkit

Most important make sure image matches box.
