when you say die
mine just goes dead but
remove battery from lappy
press power button for 1 min
dont hold down keep pressing it
then insert battery should be ok then
It hasn't been turned on in months...Before that I had to press the power button and soon as I seen the light come on I had to plug the charger in quickly for it not to turn off as it never charged or held a charge...so with not being turned on in months it's completely flat...
