Switch off the proper sky+ box and reboot your router and F5 box and see
if they clear.
Some boxes won't work properly when you have got both boxes running off the same LNB
have a read here
It's still a bit inconclusive
Just another thought,
have you tried loading the latest channel list to make sure the frequency
for the channel is correct ?

dougle34 has already got the "no signal fix" fitted, which appears to have worked. Just a couple of missing channels still, which, as you suggest, may be down to an old channel list?
